Fiesta Cancun to open soon, owner says

STERLING – Fiesta Cancun Mexican Restaurant is likely to open in Sterling soon.

Tuesday, I reached Mario Lopez, co-owner of the restaurant's Sterling and Dixon locations.

He tells me the Sterling restaurant will open within 3 months.

The restaurant will open in a space in the strip mall in the 3200 block of East Lincolnway, known as Lincoln Center.

Fiesta Cancun also has locations in Freeport, Loves Park and Rockford.
