• Lennie R. Williams Jr., 40, of the 1000 block of Harmony Drive, Montgomery, was charged Saturday, March 3, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, driving with a suspended license and speeding for reportedly going 90 mph in a 35 mph zone.
• Vince Martin Monaco, 52, of the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, March 3, with fighting.
• Joseph R. Pino, 38, of the 200 block of North Sixth Street, Geneva, was arrested Sunday, March 4, on a St. Charles warrant for failing to appear in court.
• Erin L. Downing, 27, of the 1S700 block of Bender Lane, West Chicago, was charged Sunday, March 4, with serving alcohol after hours at Alley 64, 212 W. Main St. Nathan L. Tapp, 36, of the 600 block of Ramsden Road, Plano, and Michael B. Schultz, 28, of the 0N600 block of Country Life Road, Maple Park, were charged with consuming alcohol after hours.
• James Matthew Searson, 55, of the 300 block of Spring Street, Elgin, was charged Sunday, March 4, with retail theft for reportedly stealing a bottle of vodka from his employer, Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road.
• Adlen C. Donahue, 66, of the 25600 block of Brooks Farm Road, Round Lake, was charged Sunday, March 4, with retail theft for reportedly stealing a $3 postcard and $32 in earrings from vendors at the Kane County Fairgrounds, 525 S. Randall Road.
• Several instances of graffiti were reported Monday, Feb. 27. Locations include the old Shelby School, 210 S. Fifth St.; Harris Bank, 1 E. Main St.; On the Border, 3050 E. Main St.; the parking deck at 100 Illinois St.; and Jersey Mike's Subs in the 2540 E. Main St.
• Arianne Rebecca Smith, 33, of the 100 block of Locksley Drive, Streamwood, was charged Monday, Feb. 27, with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane use and disobeying a stop sign.
• Juan Jasso Rodriguez, 32, of the 200 block of South 18th Street, St. Charles, turned himself in Monday, Feb. 27, on a Kane County warrant.
• Don McCue Chevrolet, 2015 E. Main St., reported Tuesday, Feb. 28, that four tires and wheels had been stolen from a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe.
• A trampoline at a residence in the 3000 block of East Francis Circle was reported damaged by fire on Friday, March 2. Replacement costs were reported as $600.
• Benjamin H. Johnston, 20, of the 700 block of Cleveland Avenue, Batavia, was arrested Thursday, March 1, on a DeKalb County warrant.
• Joseph J. Giustino, 36, of the 700 block of North 17th Street, St. Charles, was charged Thursday, March 1, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, improper lane use and driving without headlights when required.
• Mark L. Trainer, 48, of the 0N400 block of Dooley Drive, Geneva, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 29, with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, improper lane use and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent.
