Starling L. Jackson-Tuggle, 28, of Chicago; 9:54 a.m. on Interstate 88, Whiteside County; driving with a suspended license; posted I-bond.

Jacob P. Steder, 27, of Leaf River; 1:34 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 39, Ogle County; speeding, no valid driver’s license, Ogle and Winnebago County warrants – traffic; posted I-bond on traffic offenses, taken to Ogle County Jail on warrants.

Salvador M. Medina, 43, of Rockford; 3:21 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 39, Ogle County; failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after traveling through the median and striking an unmarked state police vehicle driven by James M. Alexander, 56, of Sterling, while he was turning into the center median with his lights activated. Medina, his 8-year-old male passenger and Alexander were taken to Rochelle Community Hospital by Rochelle Ambulance. Damage was more than $1,500 to both cars.
