Brendan Buckley

HUFFMAN, Texas – Brendan William Buckley, 72, of Huffman, Texas, formerly of Sterling, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2010, at his home.

Brendan was born Aug. 15, 1937, in Sterling, to Charles and Bernice (McCormick) Buckley. He served in the Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Brenda Spry and Linda Parrin; and four brothers.

Brendan is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sharyn Buckley; children, Timothy Buckley, Debbie Buckley, Barbara (Michael) Walls, and Brendan "Billy" Buckley; grandchildren, Sharyn Sustaita, Evan Walls, Josh Walls, Rory Walls, Drew Walls, Ryan Parrin, Megan Parrin, Kyle (Kayla) Parrin, Mallory Spry and Dakota Spry; great-granddaughters, Macey Davis and Elizabeth Spry; brother, Timothy Buckley; and sisters, Shirley Crowe and Mary Buckley.

Graveside service was April 19 at Huffman Community Cemetery, Huffman, Texas.

Arrangements were completed by Claire Brothers Funeral Home, Houston.
