• Dallas Vernon Pease, 19, of the 3600 block of Matisse Drive, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, April 18, with battery.
• Zane C. Okonek, 19, of the 3100 block of Turnberry Road, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, April 18, with underage drinking.
• A Geneva man reported Sunday, April 18, the driver's side window of his 1999 Ford Econoline van was smashed while parked in the 1200 block of Indiana Avenue.
• Edward Peter Tornga, 35, of the 0-100 block of Sandra Court, Sandwich, was charged Sunday, April 18, with retail theft for allegedly taking three pairs of sandals and a handbag totaling $405 from Von Maur, 3810 E. Main St.
• Dustin William Parrott, 24, of the 500 block of Washington Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, April 18, with two counts of battery.
• Kevin Mark Herzog, 24, of the 42W0-100 block of Retreat Court, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, April 17, with driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Elena Genevieve Moul, 56, of the 1000 block of Kendall Street, Geneva, was charged Saturday, April 17, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent.
• Jorge L. Gonzalez, 20, of the 400 block of Ohio Avenue, Aurora, was charged Saturday, April 17, with illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver and driving without a license.
• Javier Oscar Jarquin, 21, of the 0-100 block of Anderson Street, Aurora, was charged Saturday, April 17, with illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger.
• Nestor Alejandro Casas-Espino, 22, of the 400 block of Ohio Avenue, Aurora, was charged Saturday, April 17, with illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger.
• Roy Thomas Michi, 49, of the 2200 block of Oakridge Drive, Aurora, was charged Friday, April 16, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent and speeding.
• Cheyne R. Heaton, 20, of the 2600 block of Blackman Road, Geneva, was charged Monday, April 19, with retail theft for allegedly taking a $9.49 bottle of vodka from Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road.
• Charice C. Mannaioni, 43, of the 400 block of South First Street, St. Charles, was arrested Monday, April 19, on a failure-to-appear warrant out of St. Charles.
• Four steel conduit elbows and four copper-plated grading rods belonging to Electric Conduit Construction of West Chicago were reported stolen on Monday, April 19, from a work trench on Cedar Street. The loss totaled $200.
• A burglary was reported Monday, April 19, to the Otter Cove Aquatic construction site, 3615 Campton Hills Road. The hasps of a padlock to a construction trailer were reported broken, and a tool bag and tools valued at $600 were reported stolen.
• A Genie Lift valued at $3,500 was reported stolen from behind the Arcada Theatre on Tuesday, April 20.
• A home in the 900 block of Persimmon Court was reported vandalized on Tuesday, April 20, while the homeowners were out of town. Several landscape lights were pulled out of the ground and some were smashed on the roadway, as was a cement fox statue.
• A patron of Scotland Yard, 301 W. Main St., on Tuesday, April 20, reported her smart phone and medication were stolen while she was dancing in the building.
• Brian A. Root, 18, of the 0-100 block of North 12th Street, St. Charles, was arrested Wednesday, April 21, on a DuPage County Sheriff's Department warrant.
• A resident of the 500 block of McKinley Street reported on Friday, April 23, a man knocked on her door and asked her whether she had any old junk gold or toys she wanted to sell. She agreed to sell him $54 in items, but was shortchanged by $45.
• Rachael Anne Sturkey, 20, of the 1500 block of Patricia Lane, St. Charles, was arrested Thursday, April 22, on two failure-to-appear warrants out of DuPage County Sheriff's Department.
• Matthew Andrew Marello, 21, of the 500 block of Mallard Lane, Sugar Grove, was arrested Thursday, April 22, on a failure-to-appear warrant out of St. Charles Police Department for disorderly conduct.
• Rebecca Dawn Kasanders, 29, of the 100 block of Lewis Court, St. Charles, was charged Thursday, April 22, with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and driving without proof of insurance.
• Vandalism was reported Thursday, April 22, to all cars parked in the vicinity of the 500 and 400 blocks of Adams Avenue. Their tires had been slashed.
