Southbound Ottawa Street in downtown Joliet is closed at Jefferson Street on Saturday due to a damaged semitruck.
The truck struck a nearby viaduct, according to a news from the Joliet Police Department.
Motorists should avoid the area, according to Joliet police.
Joliet police wil provide more details when the road reopens.
