Hawaiian food chain Poke Bros. opens new location in Shorewood

The Hawaiian cuisine chain Poke Bros. recently opened a new restaurant in Shorewood.

The fast-casual chain touted its reputation across the Midwest and East Coast catering to fans of sushi and traditional Hawaiin food.

The Poke Bros. restaurant can be found at 906 Brook Forest Ave. in Shorewood, according to a news release.

The company likened its fast-casual concept to popular chains such as Chipotle. Guests are allowed to build their own poke bowls with a variety of ingredients.

Poke Bros.also offers a handful of signature bowls for guests.

The chain has more than 50 locations in Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Delaware, Indiana and Illinois. It opened its first location in 2016.
