Proviso East Preps

The Downers Grove South boys basketball team welcomed Proviso East Friday for a matchup on the hardwood.

Batavia saw a 22-point lead in the third quarter trimmed to six, but the Bulldogs held on to beat Proviso East to claim the Class 4A Batavia Regional championship.
