The Illinois Department of Transportation has announced Round Grove Road will be closed at the Union Pacific railroad in Whiteside County on Wednesday, Oct. 22.
The crossing is 4 miles east of Morrison.
The railroad will raise the south track through the crossing and perform minor approach work. A detour will be posted. The road is anticipated to reopen Friday, Oct. 24.
