Downed power lines from crash close road in Spring Grove

A road in Spring Grove was shut down Monday morning because of downed power lines from a car crash, officials report.

Winn Road between Marin Road and Monterra Drive closed to traffic at 5:43 a.m. Monday, according to a McHenry County Sheriff’s Office alert.

The sheriff’s office expects the road to be closed for at least seven hours.
