La Salle library offers gingerbread decorating kits

Beginning Wednesday, Dec. 1, the La Salle Public Library will offer special holiday family Gingerbread Decorating Kits, while supplies last, to assemble and decorate at home.

Supplies will be furnished along with instructions, and easy, basic techniques and tips. This “special memories” activity is both entertaining and creative. Dating back to the early 1800s, families have been enjoying creating holiday houses together. This year, families can begin or continue the tradition in their homes.
