The city of La Salle provided its residents with some summer thoughts for a cool Mother’s Day weekend.

The Veterans Memorial Pool in La Salle is scheduled to reopen Saturday, May 22, according to a post on the City of La Salle Facebook page. The pool was open last summer.

More information is expected to be released as the opening date nears.
