St. Bede swept Fieldcrest in boys and girls golf Wednesday at Spring Creek Golf Course in Spring Valley.
Brendon Pillion carded a 39 to earn medalist honors in the boys meet and lead the Bruins to a 177-181 victory.
Jake Delaney and Trenton Acuncius each shot a 44 for St. Bede, while Logan Potthoff added a 50.
Lucas Bernardi led the Knights with a 41 followed by Nathan Buchanan (44), Blake Ramsey (46) and Connor Reichman (50).
In the girls meet, Gianna Grivetti fired a 41 to earn medalist honors and help the Bruins to a 198-220 win.
Also scoring for St. Bede were Aleanna Mendoza (47), Brianne Briggs (54) and Ava Manicki (56).
Natalie Schultz led Fieldcrest with a 53, Ava Marty had a 55 and Abby Harms and Jesica Schultz each added a 56.
At Galena
Amboy co-op’s Wes Wilson shot an 88 on Wednesday to place seventh in the Northwest Upstate Illini Conference Meet at Eagle Ridge North Golf Course.
The Clippers placed sixth with a 390. Fulton won with a 352.
Also for Amboy, Hayden Wittenauer was 11th with a 91, while Jordan Harris shot a 100.
In the girls meet, Amboy’s Andrea Buhrow placed 26th with a 128.

Bureau Valley placed second in a Three Rivers Conference triangular Wednesday.
Rockridge won with a 160 followed by the Storm (171) and Morrison (187).

Bureau Valley finished third in a Three Rivers Conference triangular Wednesday at Lake Erie Country Club.
Cassidy Peterson led the Storm with a 60.

Bryar Keller scored two goals Wednesday to help the Red Raiders to a Little Ten Conference victory in Earlville.
Trenton Fruit had a goal and an assist, while Ryan Browder, Diego Vazquez and Carlos Gonzalez each added a goal.

Zack Bosi scored a goal on an assist from Francisco Moreno as the Little Giants lost a Little Ten Conference game Wednesday in DePue.

Putnam County’s Wyatt Grimshaw ran a 19:54 on Wednesday to win a three-school meet at the Putnam County Conservation District.
Fieldcrest’s Caleb Krischel was the runner-up in 20:10, while Hall’s Gage Syzmovic finished sixth in 22:46.
Fieldcrest’s Tatiana Serna was the top female finisher in 26:56.
There were no team scores.
