Letter: Vultures, that is what they are

Black Keyboard - Letter to the Editor

To the Editor:

I have lived on the farm for the better part of my life.  I have witnessed many times a large bird, a vulture, in the field, that would pick on a dead carcass, piece by piece, until nothing was left, then fly away with blood on their beak and long outstretched neck.

Fast forward:  As I have watched and listened  for the past four years , our President Donald J. Trump , a victim under the same circumstances, only difference he was and is a human being doing what he set out to do for our country and its people. He could see injustices and what he called the”swamp” in Washington, D.C. He knew there was a big problem headed down the wrong road.

We knew Trump was NOT one like the “swamp” people. He was disliked by the liberal Democrats and others. He was not one of the”good ole boys.” He was a businessman his whole life and did not expect a “pat on the back,” he was not a politician. He took NO bribes. He was more or less an “outsider.”

Of course, he was financially blessed and didn’t owe politicians anything. He worked all day and into late hours at night - as mentioned by employees, did not take a paycheck. He kept his word, what he said he would do, he did. Why do you think, as time went on, his followers increased by the thousands, attending all his rallies in every state! We knew he was for us.

As President Trump grew in favor, the Liberals began to hate him more, with such jealousy and hate, they ended up with four (what they thought) possible reasons for impeachment. This went on for four years and failed each time! What a waste of precious time, and our hard earned tax dollars.

Now, Mrs. Pelosi and others ... are at it again - picking and picking, we must impeach him – really? What are the Liberals afraid of now?

I didn’t list  any “bad” points, or negative lies, I’ll leave that up to the media and hatemongers. We have had enough of that. I pray and hope history will tell the truth of how President Donald Trump tried and did save America from anarchy during his time in office. I hope he stays close by.

God help us all.
