Kathleen Konow, 61, of Marseilles, was charged with DUI of intoxicating compounds and failure to reduce speed to avoid accident following a two-vehicle crash with no injuries at 5:29 p.m. Sunday in front of 2817 E 2651st Road in Manlius Township, La Salle County Sheriff’s Office said. Konow was charged after her vehicle, while negotiating a curve, entered the incoming land and collided with a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old, police said.

Riley R. Oppenlander, 19, of Ottawa, was charged with DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after a single-vehicle crash at 2:16 a.m. Friday on West Etna Road just east of Emerald Drive, Ottawa police said.

A 17-year-old boy was charged with unlawful use of weapons at 8:39 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue, Streator police said.

Tracy Ferguson, 52, of Streator, was picked up on a Livingston County warrant for failure to appear (driving while suspended) at 10:29 a.m. Monday at Pleasant Avenue and West Wilson Street, Streator police said.

Terry Jones, 35, of Streator, was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (driving while suspended) at 11:09 a.m. Monday at Walgreen’s, Streator police said.

Jeff Burroughs, 50, of Streator, was charged with violating an order of protection at 7:09 p.m. Monday at his residence, Streator police said.
