Joshua D. Learned, 34, no address available, was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (criminal trespass) Saturday in the 700 block of La Salle Street, Ottawa police said.

Wesley Crain, 28, homeless, was charged with domestic battery Friday at West Madison and Walnut streets, Ottawa police said.

A 15-year-old Ottawa girl was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and possession of marijuana Sunday in the 900 block of West Washington Street, Ottawa police said.

Roque Romero, 38, of Ottawa, was charged with driving while suspended Sunday in the 900 block of West Washington Street, Ottawa police said.

Talitha A. Sine, 36, of Ottawa, was charged with domestic battery Monday in her residence, Ottawa police said.

Ronald R. Cooks, 30, of Alexandria, Louisiana, was charged with driving while suspended and speeding Monday at East Norris Drive and Porter Street, Ottawa police said.

Trevor Read, 29, of Ottawa, was charged with DUI, no insurance, driving too fast for conditions and leaving the scene of an accident at 2:49 a.m. Saturday at Columbus and East Joliet streets, Ottawa police said.

Jaimie Casas, 50, of Ottawa, was charged with obstructing justice Monday in the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Ottawa police said.

Damian Phillips, 30, of Streator, was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (DUI) at 1:33 a.m. Sunday at 609 Everett St., Streator police said.
