Crash report: Interstate 80 westbound closed near Marseilles for crash involving semi

A multiple vehicle crash occurred on Interstate 80, near mile marker 97, near the Marseilles exit.

A semi tractor trailer was rolled over onto the shoulder of the eastbound lane, causing traffic back ups in both directions. Ottawa, Morris and Seneca fire departments have responded, among other personnel.

Motorists should avoid Interstate 80 between Seneca and Ottawa, if possible, until the crash is cleared. Westbound traffic is being rerouted at the Seneca exit, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.
