First Federal Savings Bank recently announced the promotion of Konni Rodeghier from senior vice president of lending to president and CEO effective Oct. 1. Current President and CEO Laurence E. Bartman has announced a December 2021 retirement date.
“Konni brings over 28 years of banking and lending experience to her new position. We are confident in her ability to lead the bank in the coming years,” said President and CEO Larry Bartman in a news release. “She has a strong community banking background and is committed to the growth and success of the bank.”
As president and CEO Rodeghier said “we are fortunate to have our footprint across the diversity of northern Illinois, with our heart and home office in the beautiful and vibrant city of Ottawa. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality — in products, in service, in technology and ultimately, in customer experience. I look forward to continuing on the path Larry and prior leaders have set for the bank.”
Also promoted Oct. 1 was Dena Weber and Tracy Tunnell. Weber was named the chief operating officer. She has been with the bank since 1993, most recently as the senior vice president of operations. Tunnell was named the vice president of retail lending. Tunnell has been with the bank since 2008 as the leading mortgage production.
