Vermilion River at Sandy Ford Bridge remains closed

Closure in effect until Sept. 22

The Vermilion River at Sandy Ford Bridge will remain closed to through passage of watercraft, such as canoes, kayaks, tubes and boats until Wednesday, Sept. 22.

The waterway was initially closed earlier this month for the erection of structural steel by ICC Group. The Sandy Ford Bridge has been closed this summer while a new bridge is constructed.
