Photos: 5k in Seneca pays tribute to Trevor Till

An estimated 400 participants ran or walked Saturday in the first Trevor Till Memorial 5k, beginning and concluding at Seneca High School. The 5k honors those who “are gone too soon” and will benefit the Trevor Till Memorial Scholarship.

Till, a 2020 Seneca High School graduate, died by suicide in October. While at Seneca, he participated in cross country, track, drama and band. He had been described by his mother and others as “the ultimate cheerleader, a great kid and a friend to everybody,” including competitors and acquaintances from other schools.
