Motorcycle crash reported on Route 71 near east entrance of Starved Rock

A motorcycle crash was reported shortly before 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022, near the east entrance of Starved Rock State Park.

A motorcycle crash occurred just before 1 p.m. Sunday on Route 71 near the east entrance of Starved Rock State Park.

Utica EMS was requested on scene after Illinois State Police troopers had responded.

A medical helicopter landed near the scene, but no further details were released regarding the crash.
