Police blotter: March 28, 2022

A 16-year-old La Salle boy was charged with fleeing and eluding, no valid driver’s license, disobeying a stop sign and speeding at 9:16 p.m. Sunday at Lindberg Road and St. Vincent’s Avenue, La Salle police said.

Meghan K. Davey, 25, of Naperville, was charged with resisting and disobeying a peace officer and improper walking on a roadway at 7:46 a.m. Sunday on U.S. 6 at the intersection of North 29th Road, La Salle police said.

Jeffrey A. Woods, 32, of Joliet, was charged with driving while revoked at 9:08 p.m. Saturday at U.S. 6 and Interstate 39, La Salle police said.

Julian Guerrero, 46, of La Salle, was picked up on a Lee County warrant for failure to appear (contempt of court) following a short investigation into a disturbance at 1:49 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Fifth Street, La Salle police said.

Jeffery J. Snyders, 59, of Ottawa, was charged with DUI, improper lane usage, improper turn signal and illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver at 8:16 p.m. Sunday on East Etna Road and Turnberry Drive in Ottawa, La Salle County Sheriff’s Office said.

Kirsten M. Ward, 38, of Ottawa, was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (driving while suspended) Friday at her residence, Ottawa police said.

Russell Houston, 29, of Ottawa, was charged with endangering the life or health of a child Friday at 301 W. Lafayette St., Ottawa police said.

Larry L. Linn, 36, of Ottawa, was charged with domestic battery Friday at his residence, Ottawa police said.

Levi B. Reynolds, 24, of Marseilles, was charged with driving while suspended, possession of adult-use cannabis in a vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding Saturday at Norris Drive and Scott Street, Ottawa police said.

Paul J. Shorkey, 63, of Ottawa, was charged with domestic battery Saturday at his residence, Ottawa police said.

Arthur T. Rideout, 54, of Ottawa, was charged with driving while suspended and no insurance Sunday at West Stevenson Road and Columbus Street, Ottawa police said.

William O. Wright, 26, of Ottawa, was charged with criminal trespass to real property Sunday at Walmart, Ottawa police said.

Angela R. Koeppe, 43, of Ottawa, was charged with DUI, parking where prohibited and no insurance Sunday in the 1500 block of Columbus Street, Ottawa police said.

A door was reported forced open at a residence on the 300 block of Sherman Street between 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday, Streator police said. The matter is under investigation.
