MORRIS – A Gardner man was killed Sunday morning in a motorcycle crash, the Grundy County Coroner’s Office said in a news release.
Tyler E. O’Neill, 32, was pronounced dead at the scene by Callahan about 9 a.m.
The motorcycle was discovered in a grassy area off Berta Road south of Spring Road. Based on preliminary investigation, Callahan said it appears that O’Neill was driving west approaching the curve when he failed to negotiate the curve and went through a ditch and into a large grass area.
The death remains under investigation by Callahan’s office and the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office.
