Coal City United Methodist Church will host a free senior gathering from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, at 6805 E. McArdle Road in Coal City.
The event includes a Holy Week worship service at 11 a.m., lunch at 11:30 a.m., and activities from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. In-town transportation is available for seniors who need it.
Seniors interested in attending should RSVP by noon on March 31 by calling the church office at 815-634-8670. All senior citizens are welcome.
