Midwest Veterans Closet will host a Military Family Pumpkin Octoberfest on Oct. 25.

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 .m. at Midwest Veterans Closet, 1720 Green Bay Road, North Chicago.

It will include a free hot dog lunch, a pumpkin, snacks, games and prizes.

Participants must have a military, veteran or dependent identification.

At Midwest Veterans Closet, veterans, active-duty service members and families shop for free.
