Warrant arrests

Plano police arrested Dawn Mclaughlin, 54, and Keith Mclaughlin, 55, both of the 400 block of South Church Street, Millington, on failure-to-appear warrants in their names from Kendall County after stopping their vehicle at 6:39 p.m. in the area of Route 34 and Waubonsee Drive. Police said Dawn Mclaughlin was wanted on a warrant for obstructing, while Keith Mclaughlin was wanted on a warrant for violation of a bail bond. Both were later released after posting bond, with new dates to appear in Kendall County Court.

No valid license

Plano police cited Daniel Morales, 21, of the 1900 block of Rena Lane, Yorkville, for driving without a valid license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after conducting a traffic stop at 7:54 p.m. Aug. 21 in the area of Route 34 and Lakewood Springs. Morales was released at the scene with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

Aggravated speeding

Plano police arrested Carlos Torres, 42, of the 800 block of Sherman Street, Aurora, on a charge of aggravated speeding after conducting a traffic stop at 2:54 p.m. Aug. 22 in the area of Eldamain and Faxon roads. Torres was released with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

No valid license

Plano police cited Letayveon Hastings, 18, of the 300 block of School Street, Plano, for driving without a valid license after conducting a traffic stop at 9:41 p.m. Aug. 22 in the area of Hale Road and Jones Street. Hastings was released with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.
