FORE! Golf outing supports Yorkville School District 115 students

Golfers enjoyed friendly competition and networking at the second annual FORE! Golf Outing on June 10. More than 150 volunteers, sponsors and golfers came together to support this fundraiser that benefits the students who attend Yorkville Community Unit School District 115 and families who live in the Yorkville-area community.

The FORE! Golf Outing represents a partnership between Yorkville Educational Foundation(YEF), the nonprofit partner of Yorkville CUSD 115, and Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department. Golfers were treated to lunch courtesy of the Lunch Sponsor, YPAC. Flight Tasting Room supported the FORE! Golf Outing as the Drink Sponsor. The course was packed as golfers competed for one of the eight awards that were sponsored by Oswego Spine and Sport. Golfers enjoyed the full experience at Blackberry Oaks Golf Course, thanks to Driving Range Sponsor Mike Shepard –Shelter Insurance, Swag Bag Sponsor GCG Financial, and Golf Cart Sponsor Mars Wrigley. Hole in one sponsors Imagetec, D’Arcy, and Advanced Physical Medicine of Yorkville provided opportunities to win several prizes including $10,000.

Congratulations to all of our activity winners and especially to Team Mario Demaria for logging the Lowest Team Score and Team ACES for winning the Highest Team Score Award.
