Kendall County Sheriff’s Office investigating incident at Violet Patch Park

“No known threat to public”: Sheriff’s Office

Kendall County Sheriff’s Office Deputies are investigating an incident in the area of Violet Patch Park in the 1600 block of Route 25 in unincorporated Oswego.

According to a post made to the Sheriff’s Office Facebook page Oct. 22, a portion of Route 25 was closed, between Boulder Hill Pass and Glendale Avenue, as authorities investigate the incident. The roadway has since reopened.

“At this time there is no known threat to the public,” the post read.
