LeBaron Lee scored 27 points and Jason Jakstys added 19 for the Foxes at Geneva. Yorkville went 22-for-23 from the free-throw line, with Jakstys and Lee combining to go 17-for-17.

Conant 39, Yorkville 30

Alex Stewart and Kenzie Phillips each scored seven points for the Foxes (6-15).

GIRLS BOWLING

Oswego

The Panthers bowled a combined 5,463 for third place behind Joliet West and Minooka at the 16-team Morris Invite held at Echo Lanes.

Leading the way for Oswego was Katelyn Watson whose series of 1,197 was good for a third place medal. Additional Panther medalists were Lani Breedlove, who shot 1,122 and finished in eighth place while Hailey Jourdan’s 1,086 series was good for a 15th place finish. Also contributing for the Panthers were Evelyn James (1,038) and Amber Lymenstull (1,020).

In addition, Lexi Dellaca participated in a 9-pin No Tap Super Sub Tournament at the lunch break. Dellaca rolled excellent games of 266 and 239 for a total of 505 and was the Super Sub Tournament Champion.
