St. Charles East won its third consecutive regional title with a complete effort in a victory over Batavia in a Class 4A Regional title matchup

Kaelie Tomalak hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with nine seconds remaining in overtime, helping fourth-seeded St. Charles North hold off fifth-seeded York for a 48-46 victory for its third regional title in four years.
