Ottawa’s annual city leaf vacuum program will begin Wednesday, Nov. 12, in areas N-1, S-1, and W-1.

City leaf vacuum crews will proceed through areas N-1 to N-4 and also areas S-1 to S-4 and W-1 to W-3 simultaneously. Leaf piles must be free of sticks and debris. The piles should be placed along the berm.

Residents are advised to use caution when traveling on streets in the areas and to be aware of periodic road closures. Motorists should drive slowly when passing city crews for safety.
