North Central Area Transit, NCAT, will be providing transportation services only in Ottawa and La Salle-Peru until noon Friday, Jan. 12, because of the winter storm warning.

Any pick ups scheduled for after 11:30 a.m. Friday will be canceled and riders will have to make other arrangements for transportation.
