Here are the police reports for Bureau County for Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023. (Stock image)

George A. Garncarz, 26, of Spring Valley was cited by the Bureau County Sheriff’s Department at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 29, at the corner of Peru-Princeton Road and 3450 E. St. in Spring Valley for driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane usage.
