Low numbers are a concern, but some talented ballplayers have hopes up that the WFC baseball co-op can add more than a few wins to its total from a year ago.
Many of the Princeton boys have seen much success during the school year from the football field to the basketball court and wrestling mats. They hope to carry that success over to the ball diamond this spring.
Casey Etheridge made the state tournament a year ago, but was the only wrestler of four from Princeton not to medal. He didn’t forget it. This year, Etheridge made it through the “blood round” at State, taking his place on the podium, placing fourth at 165 pounds.
