The Giant Bucket empties at the Splash Pad. The grand opening and ribbon cutting for the new splash pad at the Northwestern Steel & Wire Park (located at 201 Wallace St, Sterling, IL) was celebrated on June 13, 2026. The newly dedicated Riverfront Park features a large, modern splash pad with moveable water cannons and a large dump bucket.
