Friends of the Somonauk Library to hold book, bake sale fundraiser

SOMONAUK – The Friends of the Somonauk Library will hold a fundraiser book and bake sale next month.

The sale will be held 4 to 7 p.m. Nov. 11, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 12, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 13 at Somonauk Public Library, 700 E. LaSalle St. in Somonauk.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks will be required and social distancing observed.

Beginning Nov. 22, the library will collect non-perishable boxed and canned goods for local food pantries and area churches. Patrons may bring donations to the library’s patron service desk.
