The precipitation was .72 inches. For comparison, the normal average temperature for September is 76 degrees and average low is 54 degrees. The precipitation normal is 3.53 inches.
Overall, Byrne said is was “a very warm and dry month. Hopefully, we will get adequate moisture before winter sets it.”
