The festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with a pet parade kicking off the event at 11 a.m. Free kids games, a vendor show, ax throwing and free donuts and cider from Boggio’s, sponsored by the First Christian Church of Walnut, will also begin at 11 a.m.

The Walnut Fire Department will hold an open house with different activities starting at noon and an interactive Jurassic Adventure, featuring a walking T-Rex and baby dinosaur, will also be held at noon by the Avanti’s Gazebo area.

A new and improved Mobile Escape Room will be taking up to eight guests every 15 minutes from 1-8 p.m. Family Bingo will be in the community building from 3-5 p.m. and a Nerf War will take place from 4-6 p.m.

Live music will be played throughout the day by 212 (noon-2 p.m.), Matt Eckberg Band (3-5 p.m.) and Seven Miles South (6-8 p.m.).

A variety of food and drink vendors will be uptown throughout the day.
