2021 BCR Girls Basketball Team

Lia Bosnich (St. Bede-Jr/C)

Season at glance: The Bos in the middle for the Lady Bruins, the 6-1 junior post was the leading scorer (11.3) and rebounder (9.3) in the area. She was unanimous Three Rivers East All-Conference.

Jaclyn Cinotte (Hall-Sr/G)

Season at glance: The senior guard averaged a team-high 11.0 points (with 2.5 assists, 2.5 steals), 15 ppg in six conference games and 18 ppg her final four games. The BCR Player of the Year finished with 957 career points over four years on the varsity. She was unanimous Three Rivers East All-Conference.

McKenzie Hecht (Princeton-Jr/F)

Season at glance: Plays much bigger than her height (5-5), grabbing a team-high 8.0 rebounds a game. The junior forward also averaged 9.2 ppg and an area-best 3.2 steals. She was Second Team Three Rivers East All-Conference.

Renn Ludford (St. Bede-Jr/PG)

Season at glance: Had a strong season at point guard for the Lady Bruins until miraculously walking away from an automobile accident. The junior point guard averaged 7.4 through the first eight games. She was First Team Three Rivers East All-Conference.

Taylor Quiram (Princeton-Sr/F)

Season at glance: The 6-1 senior is capable of scoring inside as well as stepping out to hit the 3. Quiram capped her three-year varsity career by scoring 9.9 points, 7.1 rebounds, 3.0 steals and 1.1 blocks. She will play at IVCC next year.

SECOND TEAM

McKenna Christiansen (Hall-Fr/G)

Season at glance: Just a freshman, Christiansen stepped into a big role for the Lady Devils, averaging 7.9 points (season-high 17 vs.) and 4.3 rebounds. She was Second Team Three Rivers East All-Conference.

Brynn Hieronymus (Princeton-Sr/G)

Season at glance: The senior sharp-shooter led the area in field-goal shooting (15-31, 48%) and 3-point shooting, boys or girls (10-21, 48%). She averaged 4.1 points, including a season-high 11, with a pair of game-winning 3s in consecutive games vs. Hall.

Kyra Stoller (BV-Jr/PG)

Season at glance: The 5-9 junior point guard led the area in assists (2.7) and blocks (1.4) the Storm in scoring (7.8), rebounding (6.7) and steals (2.0). She was Second Team Three Rivers East All-Conference.

Ryann Stoudt St. Bede-Jr/C)

Season at glance: The 5-11 junior center averaged 5.2 points and 7.2 rebounds in nine games in the post for the Lady Bruins. She earned Three Rivers East honorable mention honors.

Teghan Tillman (St. Bede-Sr/G)

Season at glance: The Lady Bruins newcomer made herself right at home at the Academy, averaging 4.9 points. The Honorable Mention Three Rivers East All-Conference pick will play at IVCC.

THIRD TEAM

Kylie Craig (Hall-Sr/G)

Season at glance: The senior guard averaged 4.6 points with a season-high 8.

Madison Dye (BV-Sr/C)

Season at glance: The senior Storm center pulled down 5.1 rebounds a game while averaging 2.7 points.

Grace May (Princeton-Sr/G)

Season at glance: The senior forward was rugged inside for the Tigresses, averaging 3.1 points and 3.2 rebounds.

Zoe Morris (Hall-Sr/F)

Season at glance: The senior forward missed time with a concussion, but had another solid season for the Lady Devils, averaging 6.4 points and 6.1 rebounds with a season-high 9.

Savanna Birkey (Sr/G)

Season at glance: The senior point guard moved in from rival Bureau Valley and fit right in with the Tigresses, averaging 3.1 points, 1.7 assists and 2.2 steals.
