Hometown: Spring Valley.

Family: Parents -Tony and Katy Walk; siblings - Marshall and Makenzie.

Sports/activities: Volleyball, softball, cheerleading, pep club, yearbook club, Spanish Club, student council, and National Honors Society.

Nickname(s): Kami, Kam.

Favorite sport and why: I’d probably have to say softball just because I’ve played it my entire life.

Favorite food and where to get it: Chicken alfredo pizza from Alfano’s or ice cream from Tastee Freez.

Likes: Working out, buying clothes, and summertime.

Dislikes: Waking up early, spiders, and getting ready.

Person with the greatest influence on my athletic career and why: My dad. He played football, baseball, and ran track, so he knows a lot about sports and has taught me most of what I know as well. He’s always pushed me to be a better athlete and taught me to be aggressive and to always work hard in order to earn a spot on a team and excel at it.

Person with the greatest influence in my life and why: I would have to say my mom. She has always been right there with me through everything I’ve ever done and she’s always supported me.

Who’s your dream celebrity prom date: Dave Franco.

Name three historical figures you’d like to meet and why:

  • William Shakespeare so that I could ask him why he makes his plays so hard to understand.
  • Einstein so that he could teach me to be better at math.
  • Elie Wiesel to hear his Holocaust survival story.

If stranded on a deserted island, I would have my: Chapstick.

The last song I listened to: “Knee Deep” by Zac Brown Band.

People would be surprised to know: I’ve never seen a Harry Potter movie.

I stay home to watch: “The Amazing Race.”

When I need luck for a big game, I: Listen to upbeat music.

The funniest person I’ve ever met: Probably my brother, Marshall. We have the same sense of humor and can literally look at each other a certain way and start laughing.

What they’ll say about me at school after I graduate: That I was pretty quiet, but still loved to crack jokes and always laughed at everything even when I probably shouldn’t have.

Most embarrassing moment: Getting hit in the face with a serve at the Meet the Lady Devils game junior year.

Most unforgettable moment: My freshman year softball season.

Ultimate sports fantasy: Going to state or winning state in any sport.

What I would like to do in life: Become either a nurse practitioner or nurse anesthetist.
