Chantelle M. Smith, 29, of Peru was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and battery in the intersection of Main Street and East Railroad Street in Arlington at 3:25 a.m. Nov. 22.

DUI drugs
Following a call of a reckless driver, a vehicle driven by Joshua J. Holland, 41, of Mendota was stopped in the 100 block of North Greenwood Street at 1:01 p.m. Nov. 20. Holland charged with driving under the influence of drugs, failure to yield when turning left, possession of cannabis-improper container and driving while license suspended and his passenger, Teresa M. Denton, 40, of Mendota was charged with allowing a driver under the influence of drugs to drive and allowing an unauthorized person to driver.
Traffic stops
Denton Seibech, 24, of Spring Valley was charged with driving while license suspended on Dalzell Blacktop near Shooting Park Road at 12:03 p.m. Nov. 20. Seibech was also found to be wanted a Bureau County Warrant for failure to appear for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
Andrew Delafont, 21, of Spring Valley was charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle and no valid registration on Route 89 near 1350 North Avenue at 3:35 p.m. Nov. 22.
