Records: Joliet Junior College police chief reprimanded for bullying, intimidation

Joliet Junior College Board President Robert Wunderlich said the college administration investigates the conduct of employees, not the Board of Trustees, and that he has not heard any complaints about Comanda since a performance improvement plan was implemented in November. (Eric Ginnard)
