LADD — Trick-or-treat hours in Ladd will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31. Residents wishing to participate should leave their porch lights on. For the safety of the children, residents are asked not to burn leaves on Halloween. Due to COVID-19, this year’s Halloween parade and party have been canceled.
