Isaiah R. Dunn-Vigo Gomes, 25, of the 300 block of West Calhoun Street, Woodstock, was arrested Thursday, Aug. 27, on two McHenry County warrants for failing to appear in court. He was also charged with driving while license suspended license and without a front license plate.

Arthur E. Johnson, 65, who does not have a permanent address, was charged Friday, Aug. 28, with criminal trespass to land and retail theft. He was also arrested on two McHenry County warrants for failing to appear in court for other cases.

Cheryl L. Hawist, 49, of the 900 block of Briden Drive, Marengo, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 18, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a breath alcohol content greater than 0.08. Hawist was released on bond.
Chad R. Bardsley, 27, a Marengo resident who does not have a permanent address, was charged Thursday, Aug. 20, with criminal trespass to a residence. Bardsley was released on scene and given a notice to appear in court.
David B. Hulme, 47, of the 500 block of Telegraph Street, Marengo, was charged Saturday, Aug. 22, with violation of an order of protection.
David T. Lambert, 48, of the 700 block of Hickory Lane, Marengo, was charged Monday, Aug. 24, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Lambert was released after posting bond.
Nichole C. Waldron, 36, of the 600 block of East Grant Highway, Marengo, was arrested Monday, Aug. 24, on an in-state warrant for failing to appear in court. Waldron was released and given a notice to appear.
Diana F. Steinhauer, 37, of the 1000 block of Briden Drive, Marengo, was charged Thursday, Aug. 27, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Tyler S. Dierkes, 22, of the 500 block of 7th Circle, Marengo, was arrested Friday, Aug. 28, on a Kane County warrant for failing to appear in court. Dierkes was released after posting bond.

Hubertus A. Hetterscheid II, 40, of the 300 block of Council Trail, Lake in the Hills, was charged Saturday, Aug. 15, with driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering the life or health of a child, improper lane use and driving an uninsured vehicle. Hetterscheid was released on bond.
Keith R. Tremelling, 23, of the 6300 block of 246th Avenue, Salem, Wisconsin, was charged Friday, Aug. 21, with theft of property worth more than $500.
Ryan T. Henniger, 22, of the 700 block of White Pine Circle, Lake in the Hills, was charged Saturday, Aug. 22, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a breath alcohol content greater than 0.08, improper turn at an intersection and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Henniger was released on bond.
Oscar Uriostegui Jr., 35, of the 0 to 100 block of Hilly Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Thursday, Aug. 27, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a breath alcohol content greater than 0.08 and failure to signal while turning. Uriostegui was released on bond.

Santos Esquivel-Gonzalez, 39, was charged Monday, Aug. 10, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid license, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane use. Esquivel-Gonzalez was released with a notice to appear in court.
Charles E Schetgen, 35, of the 100 block of North Division Street, Harvard, was arrested Monday, Aug. 17, on a McHenry County warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous trespassing charge. Schetgen was released with a notice to appear in court.
Roberto Nova 42, of the 1100 block of Obrien Street, Harvard, was arrested Tuesday, Aug. 18, on a Boone County warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of driving without a valid license. Nova posted $100.00 bond and was released.
