A Woodstock woman and Chicago man are due in court Tuesday on charges tied to a drug sting carried out by police Friday.
Anier Latasha Rose-Stoval, 22, and DeShawn Troy Ingram, 23, are both charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine and possession of a controlled substance.
The charges follow a drug sale Friday arranged by the Woodstock Police Department and McHenry County Sheriff's Office between Stovall and Ingram and a person who was not named in court documents, records show.
The unnamed person claimed to have previously bought drugs from either Rose-Stovall or Ingram on about 20 separate occasions, including the night before the sting, court records show.
Police arrived Friday at Rose-Stovall's house in the 1400 block of Commons Drive, Woodstock, where officers found more than 10 grams of cocaine. Rose-Stovall is additionally charged with possessing less than one gram of Codeine and two Xanax pills wrapped in a plastic bag, court records show.
Prosecutors said they believe Rose-Stovall and Ingram share the Woodstock residence and sell drugs together, according to a motion that prosecutors filed on Saturday.
The criminal complaint filed in connection with Ingram's arrest, however, lists the man's address in the 300 block of West 90th Place, Chicago.
Both Ingram and Rose-Stovall remained at the McHenry County Jail Monday evening on $80,000 and $55,000 bonds, respectively.
Prosecutors have asked that both defendants prove the source of any potential bail money before it can be posted.
