Ottawa man arrested for delivering cocaine

OTTAWA — An Ottawa man was arrested in his residence on Wednesday, July 15, on a LaSalle County Warrant for delivering cocaine.

Aric D. Kain, 46, was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, a Class 1 felony. The arrest stems from an investigation into cocaine sales in the Ottawa area by the Tri-DENT task force.

The warrant was issued by the LaSalle County States Attorney’s Office. Ottawa Police made the arrest. Bond was set at $1 million, 10 percent to apply. Kain was transported to the LaSalle County Jail.
