Home State Bank promotes Stacey Kubis, Brad Heldt to senior vice president

Home State Bank announced the promotions of Stacey Kubis and Brad Heldt as senior vice presidents, Kelly Roewer as vice president and Alexa Malouf as assistant vice president.

The promotions were announced June 3 by Home State Bank President and CEO Steven L. Slack and Executive Vice President Robert L. Cormier.

Kubis, the head of retail deposit and branch operations, previously served as chairman of the McHenry County Board of Directors in 2015.

Heldt is the commercial loan department manager and serves as chairman for the McHenry County Economic Development Corp. Board of Directors.

Roewer is a manager for retail banking centers in Crystal Lake and serves on the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Malouf is a member of the bank's commercial loan department and serves on the Friends of McHenry County College Foundation Board of Directors.
