Aggravated battery
Montgomery police arrested Tyler Eby, 20, of the 12000 block of Grand Poplar Circle, Plainfield, on a felony warrant out of Kendall County for aggravated battery after police made contact with him during a traffic stop at 5:52 p.m. July 8 at Route 30 and Horseman Trail. Eby later posted bond and was released with a pending court date.
Possession of cannabis, speeding
Montgomery police arrested Erick Quinones, 18, of the 1200 block of Golfview, Aurora, after stopping his vehicle for speeding 32 mph over the speed limit at 8:03 p.m. July 8 in the 2100 block of Jericho Road. Quinones was charged with possession of cannabis and speeding and released with a pending court date.
Health of a child endangered
Montgomery police arrested Joshua Graves, 29, of the 2700 block of Savoy, Montgomery, on charges of endangering the health of a child after witnesses found a 3-year-old wandering alone in the neighborhood. Graves was released with a pending court date.
