La Salle County Grand Jury indictments announced

OTTAWA – A La Salle County grand jury convened Tuesday and returned the following indictments: David Reppin, 37, of 700 Meadowview Drive, Apt. 4, Mendota (criminal damage to property); Stephen Kmetz, 29, of 1419 E. Broadway St., Streator (residential burglary); Michaleen Morrall, 57, of 813 Belle Aire, Marseilles (disorderly conduct); Michael Clay, 42, of 509 W. Morrell St., Streator (driving while revoked); Gregory Novak, 52, of 27051 N. 725 East Road, Cornel (two counts of aggravated DUI); Nicholas Bantista, 20, of 1215 La Salle St., No. 38, Ottawa (unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon; aggravated battery); Sue Watkins, 49, of 909 Canal St., Ottawa (criminal damage to property); Lolita Buss, 24, of 293 Broadway, Marseilles (retail theft); Justin Francis, 29, of 821 Heather Lane, Ottawa (driving while revoked); Eugene Orvis, 43, of 1803 Poplar St., Ottawa (driving while revoked).
