An employee at BMO Harris Bank in Woodstock tested positive on March 19 for COVID-19, according to a news release from Tony Tintinalli, head of the Chicago North Region.
The branch, located at 255 W. Jackson St., is temporarily closed because of concerns related to the coronavirus, according to a notice on the branch’s door.
The company also announced that BMO will temporarily close lobby access at all of its branches.
All employees at BMO Harris Bank in Woodstock are self-quarantining at home, according to the company.
The company is not releasing names of the affected employees for privacy reasons.
The Woodstock branch will undergo deep cleaning and will be closed until at least April 6. Upon reopening, the branch will transition to drive-up only to reduce face-to-face interactions.
BMO will continue to offer drive-up services at 5545 Northwest Highway in Crystal Lake and 123 W. Grant Highway in Marengo.
